Who we are
This website is run by EliteStack Solutions Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC880685), registered office 71 Rowanbank Road, Dumfries, DG1 4QE, United Kingdom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller, registration number ZC287151. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect:
- your name and email address
- your company name, if you provide it
- the content of your message
- the date and time you sent it
Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to discuss and prepare that work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We will not send you marketing emails unless you separately opt in.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is accessible to our staff and to service providers who help us run the site, such as our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else unless required by law.
Our website is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, which acts on our behalf. Every visit passes through Cloudflare's network, so it processes visitors' IP addresses and technical request details to deliver the site quickly and to protect it from attacks and malicious traffic. Some of these providers, including our hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany), Cloudflare and our email provider (Google), may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted after 12 months. If you become a client, we keep relevant correspondence for as long as needed for that work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, contact us at [email protected] or write to our registered office.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, so we do not ask for consent.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies.
Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to protect
the site from malicious traffic.

All fonts, scripts and images are served from our own website rather than loaded from other services such as font or script libraries. Apart from Cloudflare, which delivers our site (see Who can see it), no third-party services are contacted when you visit.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
